Specific Services

Project Office The Project Office function is designed to increase the effectiveness and productivity of the project manager of a large project. The Project Office function assists the Project Manager with administrative responsibilities that require senior experience and judgment.
Independent Testing Develop master test plan, establish test environment, develop and implement test automation strategy, design test scenarios, develop test cases, execute test cases, develop problem reporting and configuration management procedures, and develop testing status reports for management. Mosaic can manage and/or staff the testing group.
User Acceptance Support Work with the end users of a system to develop and execute an Acceptance Test Plan for a system.
Third Party Acceptance Support Work with both the end users and IT function to define the acceptance process and then develop and execute an Acceptance Test Plan for a system developed by a third party.
Quality Assurance (QA) Support Work with project team to integrate the approaches, standards, and procedures necessary to minimize project risk.
